ASPEN HILL RATES
Our rates are based on level of care (ie. Independent, Assisted or Extensive)
and the particular needs of the resident. Comprehensive assessments are
conducted by our nursing staff using the Virginia Uniform Assessment Instrument.
Room Rates start between $100 - $120/day depending upon room size.
The
monthly room rate includes meals, snacks, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance
and transportation. For residents requiring more assistance we also provide
the following:
Assisted Living - Resident assistance with one or more activities of daily
living
Extensive Care - Total resident assistance with activities of daily living
